Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If not a 30% deposit will be required.
If you do not show up for your appointment a 50% deposit will be required before booking your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment multiple times a 100% deposit may be required. If you have a history of no shows then Eternal Hair may refuse service.
